Who are ivy thomas?
ivy thomas are a friendly, helpful and practical interior design company who aim to guide you through the sometimes intimidating world of design.
Working across both residential and commercial spaces, we can support you with all aspects of interior design. From simple colour advice and material suggestions. To complete re-designs and full project management.
Based in Penarth - South Wales, ivy thomas undertake projects in the local area as well as nation wide. Distance is not an issue. We have numerous projects currently underway in Aberystwyth, Bristol, Devon, Hertfordshire, Kent and Somerset, just to name a few locations.
Driven to create spaces that want to be lived in, ivy thomas finds nothing more rewarding than blending colour, pattern and texture to transform your space so that it brings you real happiness.
They have a real talent for blending the old with the new - we like to draw inspiration from architecture but inject a modern twist.
Being part of a small seaside community, and being an independent company themselves they have a strong brand ethos to always use small independent suppliers and businesses where possible.

Chloe Jones
With her obsession for interiors, Chloe has created 'ivy thomas' to reflect her love of design and her belief in offering a service which helps people to make the most of their space. Whether it's residential or commercial.
With a great eye for detail, problem solving attitude and no nonsense approach, Chloe is constantly striving for individual as well as practical design solutions.
Chloe started out with a textile & fashion degree, a diploma in professional interior design, and over a decade of experience in fashion buying (in both the UK and Dubai). She went on to established ivy thomas Interiors in 2020 and has never looked back.
And the name?
Who is ivy thomas?
Chloe is not only a business owner, she is also a wife and mum to twins.
'ivy thomas' is actually a combination of her daughter's and son's middle names! With her children being such a huge part of her life it seemed only fitting to have a brand name that had meaning behind it.
Interior Design is extremely personal and this is why listening to your needs from the very start is such a vital part in the design process. Your space should reflect your taste, your style and your personality but also how you live in your space. To deliver a truly successful interior space, it needs to marry these factors together seamlessly.
